can't get onto old account?

I can't find any sort of help board, so I hope it's okay I post this there. My original account was Foxnai. However, when I log in, it immediately logs me out because my IP changed. It says I just need to log back in, but when I do it logs me back out. Is there any way I can get back the account? I can prove I own it, I know the answer to the security question.

if you need more help I suggest posting to admins in the issue hub<br /> <br /> However, when you log in are you checking the box that says keep me logged in? if not give it a try
