the "drawing" on the news post is not a contest for you to enter a picture. It is a drawing for something that means to do this/is something like this: "Something drawn, especially a lot, card, or cards drawn at random"

as in... a random person's name on a piece of paper is being drawn from a hat at random and said person(s) receive the prizes stated.

All you have to do is post "entering :)" or whatever on the news post BEFORE midnight each night and you are automatically entered to have a chance at winning. You can also add a little story or whatever based off of what they pick for the "second winner selection" thing if you want to also. Hope this helps ^^
