Hi there e c h o, welcome to Alacrity! I'm one of the Newbie Helpers here, and my job's to help you out if or when you need it! Please be sure to find the time to read the Rules and TOS (also at the bottom of the page!) then wander to "Help Me!" and watch the Videos there. That section also can answer many of your questions and has links to other pages including the Alacrity Wiki page with more helpful guides.
Any questions you can't find the answer to, you can submit to the Issue Hub, which you can also get to by going to "Help Alacrity" and selecting "Newbie Helpers" and either myself or one of my fellow Newbie Helpers will answer it ASAP!
