HI becca I replied to you but once you reply back about Butter Brickle you need to make sure your transfers are turned on. They are at the top of your kennel in the middle and you must switch it to yes and then press the update button. If you do not press update then you will not turn on your dog transfers;) message me if you are having problems;) Thank you!
