If you purchase dog slots or upgrade your account (and therefore receive dog slots in the process), you will receive +2 TS per day, per new said dog slot. Players sometimes sell bones for AlaCash, but it's definitely harder to purchase since not many players are even that active anymore.
With my current TS, I can train around 370 skill per day. I'm not sure how high TP your dogs are, but thus far I've only seen Foundies, which I can max 2 of per day... Assuming I actually log in. I haven't even been online in 5 days before today, haha.

My two main lines are my Corgi's and Siberian Huskies! There will be more to come of course.
A few random pieces of info about my dogs:
1. All of my lines start with 2 custom dogs
2. I do not breed unless both dogs are maxed
3. I do not under any circumstances inbreed
My Corgi Standards
1. I look for as many tasteful markings as possible
2. I do not keep glitches in my lines
My Husky Standards
1. All of my huskies must have at least 1 blue eye
2. My huskies need white under-markings, ideally the "wolf" marking
3. I do not keep solid colored or glitch huskies in my breeding program
