I am calling on all member's of Alacrity! It's time to formulate our own dictionary for use by everyone.
This is for any known words that mean certain things here on Alacrity that newcomer's may not always know the meaning of.
For example:
Abbreviation: TP
Words: Total Potential
Meaning: The maximum number that a dog can be trained
Please POST here with any words that you believe are special to Alacrity and have their own meanings here.
Use the following format please!

Edit: I will be taking this over temporarily from Miss Wysper unless another administrator would like to handle it. I may not be able to update immedatiately, but I will do my best to get to it when I have the time. :) I will also only be updating commonly used phrases on Alacrity rather than newly proposed or lesser used ones if they are listed here. -JK

Abbreviation: PP<br /> Words: Pup Perdictor<br /> Meaning: the pup Perdictor where you check to see what pups your likely to get with a breeding.

Abbreviation: BT<br /> Words: Basic Trained<br /> <br /> Meaning: Training that is first done before agility training. <br /> <br /> I think this abbreviation would be helpful like if you have a basic trained puppy who you want to sell/auction and you can put "BT" in their title so that others would know basic training has already been done without having to actually look.

Abbreviation: RE<br /> Words: Random Event<br /> Meaning: Random Events are short messages which appear at random. They can have either good or bad effects and sometimes they don't really cause anything.<br /> <br /> (Posted this here because so many people have been asking what an RE is.)

I am alright if this is not added to the actual dictionary, but because almost everyone I see uses this term wrong, I want to at least try to put the right term in here. (I would add an example, but I'm not sure if I'm allowed to).<br /> <br /> Abbreviation: None<br /> Words: Reverse Pap / Reverse Papillon<br /> Meaning: A reverse pap is a Papillon with a coat split horizontally into two colors; one color on top, and another on the bottom. A reverse pap also has reversed thorns (top thorns being the color of the bottom part of the body, and vice versa), and a split rose (one side one color, and the other side another).

Hmm, I've only really seen one or two users use that term, one of them being the one who came up with it.<br /> <br /> I will keep an eye for it to see if it becomes more mainstream before adding. :)

I was lurking in chat the other day an saw a surprising amount of people unsure of what a "peeker" was.
