First Step is to try and find some time to read the Rules and TOS at the bottom of the page. We also have videos in the "Help" area that can help you get started as well as many user made guides and a link to the Alacrity Wiki!

If you have any questions that you can't find the answer to just go to the Issue Hub in the "Help Alacrity" area and submit a question to the "Newbie Helpers" and one of us will answer it ASAP! We're here to help you so don't be afraid to ask questions. We were all new once :)
