hi! i'm introducing myself after not coming on this site for 5 whole years. i wasn't too involved with it when i first came on. but, i hope to be now? uh, i'm willing to make friends i guess and maybe get a bit of help on how to handle the ropes. that would be great, thank you!

Hey Dean! Welcome back to Alacrity! There's been a lot of changes in the last five years, haha.<br /> <br /> We now have a group of staff members called Helpers (not sure if you were around when they were formed) whose job is specifically to help their fellow players and answer questions about the game/site!<br /> <br /> On top of that, there's now something we call the Issue Hub (you'll find it under "Help Alacrity"). You can use it any time you need to contact someone on staff about something -- whether it's reporting a bug, contacting a moderator about issues with another player or something rules related, or just asking the Helpers about items or site features!<br /> <br /> I hope we'll see you around the chat room in the future! :)
