Hi! There isn't really an art program, but a lot of the members are really into art, so there's an art forum. If you go to Socialize > Forums > Art (it's right under the "Affiliate with Us" forum) there are boards where you can look at other peoples' art and show off your own art :)

Make sure to find the time to read the Rules and TOS at the bottom of the page then wander on over to "Help Me!" and watch the Videos there. That section has answers to a lot of your questions and will link you to other helpful pages (like the Alacrity Wiki page that has a lot of helpful guides).

If you still have questions after reading over those pages, you can submit your question to the Issue Hub, found under "Help Alacrity". Just send it to the "Newbie Helpers" and we'll answer it ASAP!

You should also check out the Newbie Raffle!. By answering just a few questions based on pages you should've already read, you can be entered into the raffle. You've got a chance to win awesome stuff that'll really help you out on the site, like rare items, money, and even beautiful dogs!
