Finally pulled the trigger on a 5 ton pallet truck, here's what I learned

So our warehouse in Sharjah has been limping along with two old 2.5 ton trucks that honestly should have been retired years ago. Every time we got a delivery of construction materials on those heavy duty pallets, it was like a comedy routine watching three guys try to move them without the wheels buckling. I finally got approval to buy something proper and spent way too many evenings reading specs and forum threads trying to figure out what actually works in real UAE conditions. Ended up getting a pallet truck 5 tons capacity with the 550mm fork width because most of our stock sits on wider pallets and the standard narrow forks were causing stability issues. Honestly the difference is night and day, the pump actually feels solid and the wheels don't dig into the concrete like the old ones did. Only thing I'd say is make sure you check your door thresholds and ramp angles before buying because these things are heavier than they look and getting it into our storage room was a bit of a mission. Anyone else running 5 ton units in high heat? Curious if the hydraulic seals hold up long term or if I should expect issues in summer.
