Age , breed, gender, etc

Items:

Kennels:
The kennel Details, and abilities (if applicable),   Dogs contained in Kennel, items on the dogs.

bidding section:

This section will appear if the offer is an auction.

Cancellation / Pause :
  An auction may be cancelled or paused prematurely after launch if no bids have been made. Once an Auction has received a bid , the auction will continue until it expires or the item is sold.

  Offers made on an auction item will not prevent the early pause or termination of the auction, if the owner so chooses.

Reserve Price:
  This may be set to a maximum of 10% or 20% of the starting price of an item. This may be more flexible or disabled as I work through auction analysis


 

offers section:

This section will appear if the following conditions are met:

if auction:
   Owner has enabled offers and section was set to visible
   Offers received during an auction may only be exercised if no bids were made, or the reserve price was not met by the end of the auction.

if buy / sell :
  Owner has enabled offers, or if a fixed price (buy it now) was not set, and section set to visible.
  Offers may be exercised at the owners discretion.
