Riddler Custom

I am looking for someone to create me a custom dog resembling the Riddler. I am willling to pay 11 bones for the dog. The price may be negotiated if necessary. I have no idea how to use the custom tool machine because it is extremely hard to use and it confuses me. If you can do this reply or message me.
