Poll Display

I think the way polls display may be skewing the results considerably. The fact that the poll automatically shows how many votes each option has gotten before you even vote yourself is counterproductive to getting peoples true opinions. Few choose the options with the least votes (if the gap is significant) even if they agree with that option, because it appears there's no chance of it winning. Similarly, the option with the most votes just keeps climbing and climbing.

This is a majorly flawed way of conducting polls if you want your userbase's honest opinions. I would suggest not displaying the numbers until after the user has voted. This would mean people will only be voting based on what they think is the best option, not weighing what chance it has of winning or just choosing the one with the most votes because they don't care all that much either way.
