Pound Vaccinations
I think that when a dog goes into the pound, it should not only be spayed/neutered, but they should be vaccinated also. On this account, I rescue dogs from the pound and sell them to new, loving owners. I basic train, feed, and vaccinate dogs before I put them up for sale. I lose money really fast if I buy multiple dogs from the pound and I have to vaccinate them all. This would really help me and all the other people who also do this.
