I am an ugly old tree
I am an ugly old tree From my roots, the equivilant of a knee, To my leaves, which reach to the sea. But that doesn't bother me, You see, Because I am an ugly old tree-- A gnarled and garled And mangled and tangled And somewhat quite strangled, A humpy and bumpy Perhaps a bit grumpy! Moldy (and if it's a word) goldy And-- I'm out of rhyming words. But that doesn't bother me, You see? Because am an ugly old tree! Comments? Suggestions?
