Heat Cookie?

I was wondering if anyone had one I could borrow. Not sure how much they cost to borrow or whatnot but if you are willing to loan me one I'd be forever grateful ^^ I dont have a lot of alacash but I think I have enough to pay at least 3-15k to borrow a cookie if possible :D
