Layout Banners

I am making kennel banners much like my own for YOU! All i ask is that you fill out this form:
Username/User ID:
Username/User ID included (Yes,No):
Kennel Name of what you prefer on this banner:
Kennel Initials(Yes,No):
Breed/Species of animal(s):
How many animal(s):
*please note i can only fit about 3 on your banner
Theme of Banner and Background:
*Colors will be determined based on your theme.
Tecture of background:
*Such as: Pealing paint,rocky,cloudy.rainy..ect
The style of font you want:
*Please note that if you do not want a specific font i will go with what looks best
Additional details:

Please note that this will take me about 1hr and the price can range anywhere from 9k(simple) to 25k or 1 bone(complex). I will give you your price before i make the banner so you can determine if you would still like to make your purchase.
