Strange Sex Laws and Trivia

I was doing some research about sexuality in different cultures but ended up coming across some pretty funny lists of sex laws and sex trivia. I figured I would share some of the funniest here.

Sex Laws:

In Utah, it is illegal for any person to have sex with an animal...unless you do so for profit.

In Illinois a bachelor must be called "master" instead of "mister" by his female counterpart.

The penalty for masturbation in Indonesia is decapitation.

In Pompeii, a special law was directed at more than likely a womans. They had to dye their hair either blue, red or yellow in order to be able to work.



Sex Trivia:

Some tribes in Africa and in Polynesia have practiced semi-castration- the removal of one body part.

Having sex 3 times a week burns 7500 calories per year. That's the equivalent of jogging 75 miles (120.675 km). The more intense the sex, the more calories are burnt: up to 10,000 calories annually.

It was considered elegant for aristocratic ladies of the sixteenth century to let their pubic hair grow as long as possible so it could be pomaded and adorned with bows and ribbon.

The youngest grandmother on record was a Nigerian called Mum Zi, she gave birth to her daughter at the age of 8 and her daughter gave birth to Mum Zi's granddaughter at the age of 8, when Mum Zi was just 17.

The Australian Aborigines temprarily exchange wives as a gesture of friendship and goodwill at the ceremonies where puberty rites are held for their youngsters. The wives often initiate this, enjoying the change of ''scenery'' as well.

Because eating and intercourse each involve entering bodily orifices, the Aweikoma of Brazil use the same term for both activities.
