Welcome to Night Vale Rp

Welcome Readers to the Welcome to Night Vale Role playing thread,
I will be in charge of Cecil and Kevin respectively, updating you all to the events going on in Night Vale and also helping introduce your character. Carlos will be an NPC who can also be interacted with and Played by yours truly.
Prompts will be updated weekly every evening unless otherwise notified.
The Role Play itself will be split into two, with varying prompts depending on whether or not the character is from Night Vale or Desert Bluffs as well as going off of major events from the podcast itself such as the sandstorm and the glowcloud. Ex:

Welcome to Desert Bluffs.

Good afternoon, Desert Bluffs! This is Kevin, bringing you all your news and good spirits for another gorgeous day in the Bluffs.)

Rules

1) Follow all Waja’s rules.
2) Please refrain from using a name of a Cannon Character if at all possible.
3) So, no multiple Cecil’s or Carlos', please.
4) Also do not have your character being the son/ daughter of Cecil or Carlos.
5) If your character is a part of Strex Corp or Desert Bluff please be aware that Night vale characters will not be very fond of you.
4) I reserve the right to kick, report, or refuse templates of anyone who posts on this topic. If I ask you to tone it down, I mean it.
5) If you control a hooded figure they do not talk so remember that, as well as the angels named Erika.
6) If at all possible be up to date with the fandom, we don't want to spoil things for people who just got into the fandom.
7) No one is allowed to be a Librarian or a part of Station Management, as well as the Menacing Yet Vague Government Agency.
8) Have as many characters as you can handle.
9) Please **** out cursing.
10) If you are having any problems with someone in the thread please contact me about it and I will get it handled.
11) A lot happens in this RP, so please try to post at least once a day. I will be updating it constantly with canon and non-canon events so keep it bookmarked.
12) If your character is from Desert Bluffs they will not know certain events that have happened to Night Vale and Vice Versa until the happenings of the Sand Storm Event.
13) If your character is from a part of somewhere have them act like it, ex: your character is from Desert Bluffs they will not be monotone or quiet like a citizen of Night Vale would be.
14) If you need any help or are having trouble with character creation just message me and I will be glad to help.
