Shape-shifting Dog RP *Accepting!*

{I know it's long but please bear with me and read it all}

The Beginning-
It all began a few thousand years ago, when there were still Indian Tribes lurking in the vast wilderness of what is now 3 small districts. A few Indians discovered that they could become dogs anytime they wanted and lead a double life. Soon, the members of their tribe found out about the two's secret and tried to kill them because they thought that they had been sent from hell to destroy humanity. The two found loving wives and had pups with them. The dog gene has been passed down for generations and you now are one of them. You are part of district #2, the harshest district that does not allow any type of animal. However, you were born here and the government planted a chip in you when you were born so that if you escaped the high walls, they could track you down and imprison you once again. There are other dogs in each district and you are eager to find them and overrun the mean humans who trapped you in their walls.

Rules-
1) This is an RP! Do not take anything personally but no bullying!
2) All ala rules must be followed!
3) No sexual content!
4) You can create up to three dogs, one from each district!
5) Have fun!
6) You will be banned if you do not follow these rules!
7) Be descriptive in your posts! They should be at least 5 lines minimum!
8) You must try not to be seen in your dog form! If you feel the need to change, go into a sewer or hide or something.

Edit: I tend to write books when I post! Sorry if it's really, really, really long and takes forever to write! XD Your forms will be on the very first post! It is just a review for new people.

Benji scooped Merla up into his arms as a human. Maddi turned also, and began pulling dog hair out of her mouth. "Merla, you taste like a dog!" she said, continuing to pull fur ou tof her mouth. Benji held Merla tight, cradling her like a baby in his arms. "It's okay, Merla. Your okay." his voice was hushed, tone soft. Benji smiled at her as she calmed down, still holding her though. He wiped the dog tears off of her face and whispered, "Are you okay? What happened?" he stole a glance at Maddi, who was standing up and panting, finally finished pulled Merla's fur out of her mouth.

Merla yelped and cringed, her limbs stiffening. Her hazel pupils seemed to grow as she whimpered pitifully. She almost turned back into a human, but she knew that what Maddi was doing to her would hurt a lot more of she was that pathetic human girl, instead. Dogs were meant to be held by their scruffs, once upon a time when they were pups.<br /> Merla's heart pumped with anxiety, her stomach turned with grief, and her throat whined with sorrow and worry. If Merla was unlucky enough to be human at this moment, she would have been crying a long, salty river of embarrassment. Instead, she whimpered in Maddi's jaws.

Benji smiled then ran after her, also in his dog form. He felt Maddi's breath behind him and sped up, challenging her. Maddi growled, and ran up beside him. Benji had Merla in his sights and wass not about to let it go. He barked and ran up beside her. "What's the matter with you?" he panted, "Running from your problems is not going to help anything. Telling me will." he was half growling. Before Benji could make any actions, Maddi jumped in front of Merla, and got barreled over her. Maddi was smart enough to get a grip on Merla's scruff, though and now she wouldn't be able to get away without human hair being ripped out.

Merla twisted and turned, attempting to struggle free from Benji's arms. This couldn't be happening, could it? No, it couldn't be. But, when Merla blinked her eyes as hard as humanly possibly, she was still there in Benji's arms, being stared down by both her wonderful roommates.<br /> "Wait..." she thought. "HUMANLY possible. I have more options!"<br /> In the blink of an eye, Merla transformed into her canine self for the first time in years. Leaping out of Benji's arms, her sturdy brown legs made a dash for the dimly lit streets. It was as if nothing could stop her! Though she stumbled occasionally, she flew across town like an arrow finding its target.

Benji stood up and ran after Merla, Maddi behind him. "Wait!" he called frantically. He ran as fast as his legs could take him, much faster than the girl. Benji came up beside her and scooped Merla into his arms, making sure she couldn't slide out of his grip. He stopped and placed Merla in front of him. "What's the matter with you?" he asked, out of breath.<br /> <br /> Maddi ran too, but was a little slower. She stopped too and put her hands on her knees. "Why... Would.. you... run....?" she panted, looking up, her face soft. She looked up with her blue eyes and frowned, the Maddi returning to her. She stood up and neiled down beside Benji. "What was that?" she asked, her voice harsh.

A few tears blinked out of Merla's eyes. No, not of pain. They were of guilt.<br /> "I-I-I'm fine now!" she choked through her tears miserably.<br /> How could she have done this? Benji and Maddi were great people. They didn't deserve this trickery, did they? Either way, poor Merla didn't know what to do. So, she tried the riskiest thing of all. She ran.<br /> Jumping off the floor, she swiftly shoved past her two roommates and made a dash for the front door. Swinging it open, she darted into the street. She hadn't been outside in days. Merla stumbled a bit, and blinked out another tear. But, hearing Benji and Maddi get near, she bolted down the street. Tripping and crying she went.

Benji's eyes became frantic and he pulled his hand away from Maddi's. "Merla," he gasped, putting a hand on her shoulder gently, "what's wrong?!" Maddi raised an eyebrow, surprisingly not in a panic. She looked at Merla and tried to look concerned. "Are you okay?" she asked, looking t Benji. Maddi saw that Benji looked almost too concerned for her comfort but she pushed it away. "I told you to eat the sausage!" Benji said, eyes wild and confused. Maddi stared at Merla, not knowing what to do. She felt her smirk turn into a frown and she suddenly fell for Merla's trick. "Merla, g-get up, sweetie!" she gasped. Benji looked back at Maddi. "What do I do? What if it's just gas!" he blurted out, though he was serious, a smirk escaped his mouth. He shoved it down but kept staring at Maddi, his eyes slowly moving down... Maddi ignored him and shoved him into the wall. she turned Merla onto her back and asked, "What's wrong, Merla? You have to tell us what's wrong so that we can help." Maddi was surprised at her own tone. She had never been so soft. So motherly... Benji felt a little hurt and what Maddi did, but she was right, Merla was more important right now.

(Sorry about not RPing for awhile. I get writer's block very easily! XP)<br /> Merla looked up from her yarn, and immediately noticed how close Maddi and Benji's hands were. She twitched, and her own palms got extremely sweaty. <br /> "This can't be happening!" she thought. She was suddenly super jealous and furious, but she let none of her emotions show. She had never felt this way about a guy before, and she didn't know what to do. So simply, she winged it.<br /> Merla held onto her stomach and groaned miserably. "Owwww!" she whispered and fell over onto her side. She felt horrible about doing this, yet she couldn't just let Benji slip away like that. She loved Benji....

He pondered the thought for a while but then returned to his normal self. "What are we doing today?" he asked, looking at Maddi. <br /> "No inspiration? Guess your right. I was wondering the same thing, Benji." Maddi said. She wondered how much longer this secretness was going to go on with Merla. Neither her nor Benji knew Merla's history, or why she was like this. She put her hand on the ground. She feltheat next to it and glanced down. Maddi's hand was less than two inches from Benji's.
