Bone exchange rates updated.

The bone exchange page has been updated a bit to reflect the current economy now that the game has had time to establish itself. 2 bones for $20k (+$15k), 1 bone for a dog slot (down from 2 bones), 3 bones for 25 training sessions (up from 5 sessions), and 1 bone for an extra breeding for basic players (upgraded have unlimited breedings) down from 2 bones (or 3?). Also on Black Friday, the day after Thanksgiving, Ala will celebrate by releasing ALL rare items and possibly re-releasing a few older and one-time release items for Friday only.
