You should NEVER have to feel uncomfortable with your roommate. <br /> If it gets to him invading your personal space you CAN get the police involved and they may be able to offer solutions as to what you can do about your money issues. :)

It's good that you're with your sister now. If he can take photos of you without your consent, (SLEEPING, nonetheless), he's probably capable of more things.

Yeah, you need to move out. That is not a good situation. If you can't get your own place, try going with a friend or family member until you get the chance to be on your own.

Move out. moooove out. Get as far away from him as possible, that is some FREAKY s.hit. I wouldn't doubt for a second that he's done other weird s.hit without you knowing.
