Souta had been wondering for most of the day, he was still energetic. If he could he would of gone and hunted down a deer or an elk. Since he was alone that wouldn't had been possible. He had placed himself in a steady tort. Hoped over small streams and boulders that were in his way. Than he all a sudden had come upon a group wolves. Souta halted, he folded his ears back and he had began to back away. He wasn't sure of what he should do. He had always stayed clear of other wolves not wanting conflict.

Carrion looked steadily at his mother. It seemed to him that she had a lot on her mind, but then again, what Alpha wouldn't? Straightening himself and puffing his chest out, he looked around. The wind was blowing at him, and scents of prey blew at him, making him quiver slightly.

Turning his head halfway, he spotted his sister, Nikki. He gave a slight grin. Carrion loved his family dearly, and would put aside anything for them. Even his dream of becoming Beta.

Carrion couldn't help smiling at the omega Softpaw's wish to hunt for the pack A good wolf. One we need. He thought to himself. Walking toward Thickjaw, he spoke in a strong, confident voice, "I, too, wish to join in the aid of hunting for the pack."

The big wolf stared at Softpaw, as if weighing the omega with her eyes. Ears pressed forward, she nodded to the newcomer, even favoring her with a single, brief wag of her tail. Then, looking over the rest of the pack, Thickjaw stiffened her tail once again, claws flexing against the dirt. "And will no one else join us?"

Malik stretched and gave a cute yawn.He looked up at the sun and curled up absorbing the energy. He got up and started to walk out of the den.Once he was outside he was mesmerized by everything. He watched the elk far away, the wolves in his pack chancing it and most of all watching his father command the pack. That was his favorite

Wariness showed in the lean wolf's eyes as she watched the large female walk among them. Her rememberance of what to expect in pack life was limited, so she was unsure of what exactly was going on. She huffed lightly through her nose as the female brushed past her, withdrawing ever so slightly at the unfamiliar touch.

Hearing the order that food was needed, Softpaw's ears pricked forward, her brows pulling together in a slightly eager expression of hopefullness. A low huff sounded through her nose as her lips pulled back over her sharp teeth. An anxious paw tapped at the ground in front of her repetitively as her tail swished back and forth.

"I am Softpaw. I want to hunt and pull the largest deer down to feast upon with the whole pack."

Golden eyes glanced from side to side as the other's looked at her. So with a toss of her head and a flick of her tail, she stepped forward once towards Thickjaw.

Nikki stood among the ranks, waiting for a hunter to step forward. The wind pushed at her back. She knew her mother was making a selection. She stayed in her spot, knowing that it wasn't her time to come through. She looked from side to side, waiting for someone to move. She could feel the uneasiness, breathe in the stress the pups were going through trying to decide if this was their time. She huffed quietly, remembering that, in her eyes, the hunters had no brains to feel stressed or uneasy, so this decision wouldn't be too hard for those meant to fill in.
Nikki was stead-fast in her idea that she was meant to be a dreamer. She had spent her time studying the patterns in the world, and sometimes forgot she still had more to learn. She hoped she could prove herself to her mother and earn the spot of a dreamer.
