Sketch smiled "I'm sure she's got plenty of dogs to look after her. Besides, Bandit is one of our better fighters" she said.<br /> <br /> Bandit nodded "With so many new dogs, I doubt she made a friend yet with her shyness" he said with a sigh.

He licked her ears and nodded "Yes I suppose you are right, it has not been easy letting Sophie be taken care of by someone else"<br /> <br /> Sophie smiled "That's good, maybe we will become friends now"

Sketch smiled "Well now you won't have to worry so much. I'm sure Bandit could help protect her too. And I'm sure she'd be so happy" she said and licked his cheek.<br /> <br /> Bandit nodded "I do too. I heard there were new look-outs, that could help since she won't have to do it all the time.

Maverick looked at her again and leaned his head just so, so that both their heads were just touching. "Sketch? I don't think my sister is going to believe I ever found anyone to love"<br /> <br /> Sophie nodded and looked at him "I guess I can understand. I would hate to have to act mean all the time though, I feel sorry for her really"

Bandit smiled "Well she's afraid no one likes her, I think. She's usually shy around dogs" he said.<br /> <br /> Sketch smiled "Me too. I never really talk to anyone like Sophie. It's so nice being with you though" she said.

Sophie thought back to when Sketch gave her a little tour of the woods "I suppose she is nice but she still seemed I don't know...not really talkative during the tour she gave me. I hope she likes me"<br /> <br /> Maverick leaned more toward her and nodded in agreement "I have to agree with you there, to tell you the truth I never thought I would ever be with someone" He sighed "I always thought I would be alone"

Sketch smiled "I like being with someone who cares and is like me" she said and leaned closer to him.<br /> <br /> Bandit looked at her and shook his head "No she's still nice but she was not always well... Acting mean. She only acts mean for patrols when meeting new threats to show that are pack is strong. But she was and kinda still is nice" he said.

Phoebe smiled at them both and walked back to the roof. She felt better up there. She laid down and kept her eyes open as long as she could.<br /> <br /> Maverick looked at the sky then back at her "Yes I like the sky but I like looking at you better"<br /> <br /> Sophie nodded "I do, in my old place we had the best views" She sighed and then thought about Sketch "Was Sketch always so um well not mean but you un friendly I guess. Or was she once nice?"

Moon nodded "It's settled then. I will discuss this further in the morning but for now you can find a place to eat and settle for the night" she said and smiled.<br /> <br /> Sketch blushed under her fur and smiled "After being forced to see it I take a liking. Do you?" she said and laughed a little.<br /> <br /> Bandit smiled and nodded "Sketch showed this to me when I used to have to do patrols. I'm glad you like it, you seem to like views a lot" he noted.

Maverick smiled happy that she liked his spot "I knew you would like it. You seem like the kind of girl who likes the sky" He placed his paw on hers.<br /> <br /> Sophie looked around "Yes it is I love the moon even if its only half full" She said looking up at the moon. <br /> <br /> Phoebe looked at Moon "He says he is looking for food and a place to stay, his name is Cooper" She decided then that Cooper could do all the talking for himself.

Moon nods "Of course you can join. Just let me know when you know a rank" she said. She saw the new patroller with a beagle and smiled, gesturing them over.<br /> <br /> Bandit laughed "Well... You" he said and licked between her ears.<br /> <br /> Sketch felt the skin beneath her fur grow hot and gazed into his eyes "I love you too, Maverick" she said.

Phoebe noticed a dog watching her and Cooper. She had seen him but never talked to him. She wondered if he would come over. "Well Cooper I hope you like it here. I mean if Moon says you can join"
