Jinx: sees the light change from green to red sees everything stop "how weird" she thought waits for people to stop crossing and heads across the street gliding through cars hears the light turn green and a car honk darts across the street panting as she sits hears a boy yelling as he has a newspaper in his hand and on a bicycle follows him remembering the other day passing through the dog park and seeing a dog and human fetching

Moon nods, "I didn't get this house, I'll show you first, these humans may be different" She jumps up the stairs and uses her nose and stretching to get the low doorbell. The door opened and an elderly woman came out. Moon wagged her tail and gave her puppy eyes as the lady bent down to give her a treat. She hops down when the door closes and smiles at Sophie, "A lot of kids live on these streets so the doorbells are low enough for us to use our noses to touch" She smiles and drops the treat in front of Sophie and splits it in half, eating one half, "You can have the other" She smiles.

Sophie looks down the street and takes a deep breath. She hadn't done this in a long time. SHe hadn't even really been near a human in a long time. She fallowed Moon and waited to see where she would go. <br /> <br /> Maverick sighed as he watched his sister leave. He hoped he had done the right thing in letting her go.

Moon nods, "I'll be careful to bring her home safe" She smiles, trying not to get onto Maverick and begins to walk, "There's one street by here with a lot of treats and chicken. They don't reapetedly give chicken and food if you come everyday. A week will do, I did it this morning, you can try" She smiles and turns ontro the street.

Maverick looked at Sophie then at Moon and the others. He nods and gets up "Be safe Soph" <br /> <br /> <br /> Sophie smiles at Maverick "Don't worry Mavey" She then turns to Moon. "Well I am ready when you are" She was truly surprised her brother let her go. But then that must mean he trusted Moon for he wasn't scared of much.

Moon nodded, "Alright, I can show Sophie the soft spots around here for begging. Maverick you can look around, talk to the other dogs or try to hunt within our territory" She nods, hoping he would let her help Sophie, "Don't try anything, we are stronger than we look. We had to fight creatures twice as strong as you to get all this territory" She warns and looks at Bandit and Lightning

Moon smiled, "Not at all. But you must listen to those higher than you, and since you are newest, you will be the lowest. Do either of you have talents, hunting, fighting, begging" She asked, trying to decide herself.

Maverick returned Moons look. He didn't like it when others looked at him like he was hiding something. "We were on our way to the forest, if you must know" He answered before Sophie. Moon nodded, "We call it Abandoned Alley. Most of us here have escaped, been abandoned thus the name. Sorry if my scout got off rough, she does it to scare off unwanted visitors. I'm sure you two are fine, why do you need to pass?" She asked, eyeing Maverick. She didn't trust him the way he acted.
