Random Event with... puppies!

I was thinking of a new RE. A chance of... getting a puppy! It could be basing script on majority of your dog breeds, like if you have a 60% husky kennel with a free slot, you get a RE with a husky puppy appearing in your dog list!
I think it could have decent TP, no linage (like foundation or customs), nice markings too.
it could say anything, you found a stray dog chained to old car, or a starving puppy in front of a meat shop, anything!
it's a great way to refresh your breeding lines, and a great surprise to find a puppy you weren't expecting. If you wouldn't like the puppy, you could auction it with a mark it's a RE puppy :D
(it could be, for example, trained in some stats already!)
Also, as suggested, an option to turn off and on the transfer of "stray" puppies <3

Also Aussie, dogs in the pound are fixed, making them rather useless should you be wanting to breed them. ;3

Aussie, not all strays in the pound have clear lineage. Plus, these RE dogs would be free.

Its a cute idea but not a good random event plus I would think a coding nightmare. If you want a stray check the pound.

Mayhaps we do have customs and foundations, but this puppy is free and unexpected, I don't see why not :D specially if it had good TP or was a bit trained!

Great idea! I'd love to suddenly find an extra pup that wandered in from somewhere. Especially if it had decent TP and was pretty. :D
