Slyth, the thicker looking outlines are due to distorted layers because I had been doing bases one by one, and discarding them when I was finished, which I realized would mess me up later when I moved on to doing markings. So I had to open the resized files and make them huge again, which distorted them a bit, which will not be an issue when the breed is actually released. As for the ears and mouth, that's one of those personal preference things that some people will love and others not so much.

I like the coat, but why the gaping mouth? I think this would be *perfect* if the lines were less visible (this would make the dog fit with the background more so it doesn't look cartoony) and the head was a bit more streamlined and the ears less twisted-looking. :) I want to be supportive of course, because you're a great artist, but some small changes would help the image a lot. Congrats on your first Ala breed!
