Sshorses you can reset the email on the account, have it sent multiple times, and your password never changed. You are fine, I don't know what everyone is panicking over.

I need more than "she can't get on". Explain in great detail what you've tried to do with what forms and what happened or what errors you got, etc

It's not a problem. It just means it's working right. =P I don't see a huge issue with this. All that you need to remember is that the password is now case-sensitive. Surely remembering where you put an "A" instead of an "a" isn't too hard?
