I had the same problem. Voted and it took away one of my chances with the Riddler.

you have the lyrics wrong, it's "cut short, and tail cut long" not "so short, and so long"...just sayin...unless it's supposed to be mistaken..who knows with riddles.

While I realize that there should be some obscurity and possible misdirection in a riddle, the previous one's line about the US's CEO not having a boat is incorrect. As POTUS, he had the Navy, which does date from before that era.
