I like it. It's been always like this on Exhibited and thanks to this moderation, custom overlays were always of good quality and in line with rules.

Clay, I wasn't talking about the quality of the CA. Or at least, I wasn't trying to. XD

Barks, this would have nothin to do with the quality of the CA. Not everybody is really good at digital art, and it would be a bit unfair for us to say "nahh this isn't good enough for Ala *refuse*". Besides, how "good" art is varies from person to person :)
This thing would just make it so that a staff member can approve all CAs that fit the rules (no tracing, no photos, etc)

I saw that there is a vote for "No way!"... I don't see why there would be a reason to choose that (Unless it was on accident, of course). In my opinion, I hate seeing traced pictures and things like that and think it's unfair to the others who have taken their time making a CA. You can usually tell when people do that and it doesn't usually look the best, but it's still effortless. (And what's to be proud of if you do that?) People shouldn't be afraid to have staff check their CA, so what does it really matter if you don't break the rules? *Slinks off*
