Katta - because that's where we put them :P Snakes are obviously for hardcore dogs only. Also they'd have to cost 10x as much to go in the Cash Boutique.
Austin - The main shops stock items in limited amounts, and restock out-of-stock items at random. If a particular item isn't currently available, it's because they've all been bought and it hasn't restocked yet. Keep checking back!
