CAM Update

Hi all!

Coder has been hard at work developing a new way for us to handle CAMs! This new way autosubmits your art to the site for the admins to approve of, to make it faster for your CAs to get created.

This will function a lot like CAMs did earlier, click on your CAM, upload all your information, then hit create. Doing so will create an admin issue, where we can view it and approve it. Once approved, it'll let you know when you've got your items in your inventory!

Now the time to handle CAMs will be shortened. Questions on this? Please ask! We'd be happy to answer any you may have.

Spambots ):

Hi Alacritarians!

As many of you have noticed, we've had a sudden surge of spambots today. ): They've been posting in chat, amongst other things, trying to get you to go to their sites.

Our mods have been hard at work trying to take care of these posts, but we're also asking you guys to help! If you see a post in chat and a mod has not been around to delete it for a few minutes, please report the message and the player # to the admin or mod hub. If you receive a scribble or a message from a spambot, report it to us! It's pointless to contact the spam bots, just talk to us and we'll handle everything.

Ways to spot a Spambot:
Random words thrown together often about items or weight loss. (Example: Hot body weightloss furnace sale buy)
Half the words are clickable links.
User names that are nonsense. (Example: Uyligable)
Tries to get you to look at or buy offsite things.

We hope to nip this problem in the bud, but until then, thank you guys for helping us out with this pesky issue!

Yes, and PLEASE hover over links before clicking them. Safe internet practice is to not just immediately click links! Hover over the links, if the link looks fishy ("hotweightbodyloss.wordpress.com"), it probably is!
If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, and spams like a duck, it's probably a spamduck.
