Happy almost belated Leap Day! I hope that February has treated you all well :)

There's only a few hours left of the month, so be sure to get your last minute Medieval Fantasy accessories, companions, and backgrounds! Once midnight rolls around, we will be restocking the monthly shop and they will be gone forever!


March will be ushering in our Underwater Theme!
You're bound to find something you like amongst all of the beautiful additions this month.


Monthly Donation items are a Baby Harp Seal and a Treasure Chest!
The Baby Harp Seal companion, when equipped, will credit your account with 5 additional training sessions each night at rollover. This companion comes free with every donation $25 or more!
Some careless pirate has also left a Treasure Chest available for donations of $65 or more. This rare item, when opened, places a copy of each Monthly shop accessory, companion, and background into your inventory!

Please note: When these become available through donations, their icons will appear on the donation page. If you donate before then, you will receive February's items! We will be updating the donation page early tomorrow morning.


Companions this month credit your account with 2 additional training sessions when equipped to a dog in your kennel at rollover!
Or, at least, they will. Companions have not yet been coded, so please don't rush to equip them to your dogs and be disappointed you do not see the additional sessions the next morning. We are expecting to have them up and functioning within a day or two, but we will make another news post just as soon as we have confirmed that they are working!

Be on the lookout for a Baby Orca! This awesome companion will be swimming around Alacrity's pages, looking for new friends. If you're lucky enough to find one, he's bound to make a splash in your inventory :>

The Riddler

... has put a new riddle up for you to ponder over! Can you beat him?

Good morning!

The points shop was supposed to close last night at midnight, but I think I confused to shop keeper because he's decided to keep it open a bit longer. Please make sure to get your last minute points purchases in, for I will be asking Cupid to shut it down in just a few minutes.

Don't forget to open your remaining gifts, either! Once the shop closes, you will no longer be able to collect your presents.

We are also very pleased to announce some winners for our Poetry and Art contests! There were some really great entries and choosing winners was very difficult for us. We loved seeing all of your entries!

Let's start with poetry!

Our first place winner was Lokabrenna with this delightfully creative poem entitled "Love Conquers All Obstacles":

My heart (jumps) quickly when I spy
a captivating (dog walk) by.
Oh, Cupid, did you (chute) that arrow?
This (tunnel) vision is so narrow.
I (teeter totter) to my feet
and, bounding (tire)less and fleet,
I find (a-frame) of mind called love.
But (pause! Table), rose— are these enough?
I’d (weave pole) to pole, and cross the sea
to spend Valentine’s Day on (Alacrity).
