What am I doing?

Green Mountain Kennels

About Me: I am a 19 year old college student, of the female variety. I grew up in New England and still go to school in that area. I've never lived anywhere else, and while I want to travel, I know I want to end up back here when I settle down. I'm in a really great relationship of (almost!) 4 years! She's absolutely wonderful, and if you ever feel like wasting a whole day just ask me about her - I could talk about her for absolutely ages, if you let me.
Interests: History and English (double major), writing, riding horses (semi-competitive dressage for 8 years), animals in general, my girlfriend, my family, my friends, cooking, daydreaming, planning anything, being friendly.
My Kennel: Here at Green Mountain Kennel, I am interested in breeding for both Total Potential and also for markings. I prefer markings that are bold and sharply contrasted - and nothing beats a standard red/brown and black German Shepherd, really. Initially, some of my dogs will be kept more for their markings, and some will be kept more for their TP - I hope to converge the two along the way.

My Bitches:

  • Rilla Von WorkingGSD (873.16): Maxed and available for breeding! Black undercoat with very nice brown rim markings. A really pretty girl out of great WorkingGSD lines, without any inbreeding or linebreeding, 4th generation.

  • Artemis Von WorkingGSD (582.52): Maxed available for breeding! A very pretty black and tan girl (black with brown rims), and brown eyes. A really pretty girl out of great WorkingGSD lines, without any inbreeding or linebreeding, 2nd generation.
    (Perfect Personality, 15+ speed, maxed drive)
  • GM's Lightfoot (1142.20): Currently frozen, she will be available for breeding once she is maxed. Black coat with sable and brown legs present - a perfect standard coat for GSDs. A really pretty girl out of great WorkingGSD lines, without any inbreeding or linebreeding, 3rd generation.

  • GM's Hestia (1142.0): Currently frozen, she will be available for breeding once she is maxed. Black coat with brown rims present - a perfect standard coat for GSDs. A really pretty girl out of great WorkingGSD lines, without any inbreeding or linebreeding, 3rd generation.

  • Lupine Von WorkingGSD (640.09): Currently frozen, she will be available for breeding once she is maxed. Black coat with the rare brown wolfring present - a perfect yet unique standard coat for GSDs.   • GM's Mica (574.87): Currently frozen, will be available for breeding once she is maxed. She is a very pretty standard black and tan, with no hidden markings, and yellow eyes. Only 3rd generation, and already a very solid TP!

  • Thalia (626.01): Maxed! She will be available for breeding only upon special request. Solid black and white markings, green eyes, very pretty.
