some people will allow you to rent out their scholar collar for a fee, my suggestion to you would to post a advertisement (go to socialize> advertise ) and post in sales chat that your looking to rent a scholar collar, make sure not to post any more than once every 15-30 minutes in sales chat though.

click on Kardin's picture, scroll down to where it says basic training, and click on the %0.00 you have to get that to 100 (finish basic training to move on and train the other 9 skills. you train them by clicking on the %. also, buying more dog slots (at the bottom of your kennel page) will give you 2 more training sessions a day, the more training sessions the more you can train your dog and the faster you can get it maxed! there are also accessories you can buy to help training along, the two most popular are the scholar collar and the Aviator Cap, the scholar collar doubles your training per click, the Aviator cap gives you a small boost (0.2) in a random skill every 4 hours

There is a "recovery period" after a dog has been bred. You can look at her age and see underneath it says "rebreedable at __ months" and once that disappears you can breed again.
