I just wanted to welcome you to Alacrity and point you towards some helpful links.

If you haven't noticed it already the bright green I'm Confused tab should answer most of your questions.
If the answer isn't in there you can also check out Alacrity Wiki It has some helpful guides and references on it.
If everything else is a dead end submitting a question to the Newbie Helper section of the Issue Hub would be a easy way to get a hold of us. =)
