Yup, they are rares. The chocolate bunny brings your dog into heat immediately and maxes one personality trait, and the marshmallow peep raises one other trait like speed or drive.

Well, I got 4 bones for my rejuvenator, I sold 1 Marshmallow Peep for 1 bone, a chocolate bunny 15K, and an easter basket for 400. It was pretty successful.
