Welcome to Alacrity Mika Moo! Make sure to find the time to read the Rules and TOS at the bottom of the page then wander on over to "Help Me!" and watch the Videos there. That section has answers to a lot of your questions and will link you to other helpful pages (like the Alacrity Wiki page that has a lot of helpful guides).
