Poe is an invisible husky wearing a Ghostly Husky Aura.

Invisible huskies are pretty common because of a glitch when the huskies were first released on Alacrity, you could probably find one for sale or auction.

The Ghostly Husky Aura is a custom accessory. It was made by player #1395 and I think they still sell copies of it.
