ooohhh. It might be tedious at first, but once they are all sent you can then set guidelines for when to send em back (I.E. 125% trained) and then they get sent back when they manage it.

I did know that about hounds though, but I assumed they were just better behaved than my rascals. Auggie is a cutie-pie by the way. And it is ok to be a baby. <3 Does not mean we love the little guys any less.
Lol.That is ironic, and it'd be awesome. However, the number one rule of owning a Shiba is to never, under any circumstance, take your Shiba Inu off its leash unless you are 110% sure that the area is secure enough that the dog won't escape. I have read of some Shibas being trained in agility and to be off of their leashes for short periods of time. And believe me I have tried with mine. The male is easier to deal with, but the female just wants to run. She is so silly. So I have just taken to hiking more for her sake. I was trying to get her out on the water this summer, but I learned that she has an avid fear of large bodies of water (and certain puddles). Which is interesting. She had been near the water since puphood, but never in it. (That and she only showers, never "bathing") We shall fnd a sport, or perhaps try to ready for the showring this summer (in my town we only have shows once a year, andthey are during the summer). I'd do anything for my dogs and other dogs though. Dogs are so awesome. <3
True. I am just not sure how to get into it. School eats away most of my time. I keep telling myself that if I focus on my studies I'll eventually get ahead and have the time. It's one of those things I have on my bucket list. Lure Coursing looks like so much fun as well! I almost got a Saluki, but I had to have a dog under 30lbs. (Which is funny, I think if all my dogs' weights were put together they'd be about the same as something larger, but rules are rules.)
All the work you do with dogs is amazingly awesome! I love dogs as well. I own two Shibas amd a Cairn mix. I had hopes of showing the duo, but life kind of got in my way. They are still spoiled rotten though. It took me ten years to get a dog, and I love every minute of it. I know all of this was random, but after reading your profile I felt like sharing. :3

I feel I should introduce myself. I am Casie (KC), as you can probably tell by my display name, or CJ, or ginger or freak, whatever floats your boat. I have worked with dogs my whole life, and they are just the best friends you could ever have.
On Ala, I don't know what breed(s) exactly I will work with. I like Borzoi and Shelties, as I am very close with the breeds in real life, and I think I'll mess around with Aussies too.
I have set down some ground rules for myself.

About me, which I keep telling myself that people don't care about my life, but whatever.
I love dogs. I currently help groom, train, show, and breed Shetland Sheepdogs. I also show Borzoi on a regular basis as well as going Lure Coursing with them. We have the #2 AKC Lure Coursing Borzoi for 2010 and the #2 for 2008 who was also #1 in 2009.
Also I have assisted with Police K9s, we use Malinois and Bloodhounds. I am personally not a fan of the GSD as a breed or a police dog, they have been ruined by certain AKC breeders and I refuse to ever buy one that was bred in America. I am not meaning to insult anyone here, that is just my personal view.
I have FINALLY gotten my own dog who is 100% MINE! He was a shelter pup, who is now my heart dog. We adopted Auggie when he was about 6 months old, just about a year ago. He had a few issues, mainly dog aggression and poop eating :/ But now he is relatively friendly and has quite a few furry buddies.
Auggie is currently competing in Rally Excellent and is a certified Therapy Dog, he will eventually compete in agility and hopefully obedience . ** My new idea for Auggie, finding shed deer antlers :) Having a shed dog could bring in a few bucks as well as supply him with his favorite chews ;) Win-Win

On The Game- I like Shelties (Sheltoids), Borzois (BoZos), Border Collies and Aussies. I generally name my dogs after songs from artists/bands I like. But sometimes I just like a name and that suffices. So usually when I buy or pick a dog, the first thing I do is open up my huge box of countless cd's and rifle through them for however long it takes to find a name or decide that I don't like any of them and move on to look up name meanings or something.
I strive for sound dogs with Perfect Personalities, or as close as possible. I will never breed a dog with less than 2 out of 3 traits perfect.

Also, when I sell dogs...
If you buy one of my pups, I will not badger you about unmaxed breeding or placing them in the pound.
I would however be upset if you turn around and try to make a profit off of them.
I would rather see my pups retired than sold repeatedly or in the pound.
If after having one of my pups for awhile, you decide you want to put it in the poundor retire it, PLEASE MESSAGE ME, I WILL LIKELY BUY IT BACK!!! I will pay more than the pound will give you, probably a refund
STUDS
Instead of the stud fee, I may accept 2nd pick puppy from the litter. But message me BEFORE any pups are up for sale! I will take a look at the bitch or litter and decide whether or not I want one, I may not have room for another puppy. So this is not a guarantee. But if I accept the offer of a puppy instead of the fee, I would buy the puppy for what you paid for the studding.
