It means that they have completed their training. Go down close to the bottom of a dogs profile and you will see a thing that say Basic Training and it will have a percentage next to it of how much basic training the dog has completed, and if it has completed all of the basic training, then there will be a section that has weave pole, teeter totter, pause table...Ect. And a percentage next to each on of those. when you have trained a dog completely, it will not let you train the dog on that skill anymore and once it wont let you train anymore on any of the skills, the dog is maxed. Does that make sense?

Good question, There are games that you can play ( go to Life then click on games) and that would be the best way to earn money. Otherwise your money increases by $100 every day at 12:00am. When you do play the games, you have to click "send score" at the end of the game or else you will not get any money from it.. You can send your score 3 times a day per game.
