Hmm... The site doesn't really have a legal age as to how old you have to be to be a helper. If you are old enough to sign up for the site, you are old enough to be a helper. It's just that they haven't put out any offers for the newbie helper position. Usually they'll put a new post, and you have to fill out a form and decide that way. I skipped last time and there hasn't been another one in forever :/ And thank you, that's very appreciated :)
