Go to Life > My kennel, and then there should be a little thing at the top, right next to your kennel name, that says "Accepting dog transfers". Make sure it's on 'yes', and then click 'update'. (:

First of all, make sure to find the time to read the Rules and TOS, which are found at the bottom of the page, then, wander to the Help > Frequently asked questions section and watch the Videos there. :) There are also many helpful guides, like a Money Making guide and a User guide. These sections can can answer many of your questions and has links to other pages including the Alacrity Wiki page with more helpful guides to help you understand Alacrity.

Any questions you can't find the answer to, you can submit submit them to the Issue Hub, found under the "Help Alacrity" tab. Just send it to the "Newbie Helpers" and there we'll answer it ASAP! :D
