yes, it doubles the amount of skill your dog gets in one training session.
well, if it over 1000 TP and you don't have a scholar collar, and sense you don't have many training sessions, probably by yourself, more than a week. or you can get someone else to train it for you.
well, its best to go to search and look up dogs, but they are hard to train.
okay, but they are good starter dogs. Whatever, I'm retiring them anyway, they don't interest me.
I have some cata pups that I'm going to sell. They have low TP so its easy to train them.
