You will more likely find a breeding partner if your dog is maxed. Also your puppies will be bought if you breed with both maxed dogs.

Oh simple. Look in your user history. When you breed dogs, it says "Accepted and bred stud Accepted and bred stud #whatevernumber and female #whatevernumber. The bitch will give birth once she turns howevermany months old.

However number of times it says that is the amount of pups she will have.

I see you are pretty new, at least on this account. Whenever someone takes a dog from you to train, make sure and keep their scribbles/messages in case something goes wrong.(The person doesn't log back in or something and you dog gets stuck, Etc.)

Oh no, I wouldn't do that. I buy dogs to have them, not to retire them. Sadly, a lot of people retire dogs with low TP.

I have a few low TP dogs. I did have to retire two of my low ones recently though because they had gotten so old they were dying and I didn't want that to happen.

If you want to send Caramel over, I can use my SC on her and max her basic training. I could max her in a day or so if you wanted as well.
