well we have personal knowledge that this public school won't work with her strengths(she went to kindergarden there for 3 years for special services) and for a school division that has a zero tolerance policy for bullying they don't do much about it
we homeschool so she only has a tight knit small group of friends, but she want to be a vet or a vet tech, so she can teach other vets about guinea pigs at least
actually it was my daughter that found it, but still, yea a lot of people think of animals/pets as disposable, drives me crazy but I'm too poor to do anything about it, except teach my daughter how to care for them the right way
I'd rather see them dumped in the street where some kind person can rescue them, we had to rescue a black goldfish from a puddle in front of our dumpster, the things people get tired of taking care of
I know, I've heard of them being dumped in the street in cardboard boxes in the winter
yea it's sad I know people who have gotten them, decided they were too much work, couldn't find a home for them so sold them for snake food
we've bred some just for ourselves and I bought one female who was in a cage with her brother in the store and the store owner didn't care, I figured if she was pregnant she'd probably be better off with me, she had 3 pups about 3 or 4 weeks after we got her
yes just the 4, at one time several years ago we had over 30 of them
you are welcome, Heaven is fine, and thanks those are the ones we currently have, the one with red eyes is blind(and not-as the vet believes-because she has red eyes)
