So, on your reply, you can have ex.: what Ashley is doing before I put her into my reply, and kinda incorporate her into what I had put already a bit later. So, let's say we are at the office part..

Slamming the car door, I rushed into the office, searching for Charlies office. As I arrived in front of the door, I curled my hand into a fist, and lightly knocked on the door.
So, you would do this is whomever is already in the rp. As for Caleb, you can reply for him to where.. lets say at the beginning of the day, and work your way to the murder scene, and to where Charlie brings Ashley home.
Make sense? So, if I were you, I would go to your reply, and add in Caleb's reply, and add on to Ashleys :D
