Hmm, well 800tp dogs will take a lot longer then lower tp dogs. I usually charge 80k+ each, but I'm willing to max them out for 10k and a free leasing to a stud of my choice to each of them?

- this is a wonderful ranch where i focus on breeding Great Danes,Pitbulls,Australian Shepherds.
-were nameds Moo Moos Haven because of a previous dog i had named Moo Moo she was a black and white pitbull that passed after an acciden while trying to spay her
- We our working on maxing all our dogs before having another litter
- we breed our bitches every other or every 2 heat cycles so we could insure no over bred dogs and to keep our dogs genes clean
- All our puppies are hand raised, fed , basic trained , and have there first set of shots
- the kennels our cleaned regularly and fed regularly
- we don't always have a litter to insure that all of the dogs get the proper care needed
- Since we don't always have a litter available , we do let people have dibs on a dog and the breed of dog they want ( but there is a fee of 500$) to make sure the person doesn't back out on the offer (no refunds after 3 days)
- the dibs cost does not apply for the price of the dog so that means even if you paid for the dibs you still have to pay full price for the pup unless we have made a deal and theres a record of the deal i made if i dont remember sorry but you have to pay full price but i am willing to pay in payments and you will get the pup once its paid
