To breeding, your dog must be 8 months old. However, I highly suggest training your dog some for the more training you have on one dog, the better the puppies are in training.
In order for two dogs to breed both need 70 mood, 70 health.
And to the last one, yes you can. In order to do this go under life, then click on search. You then fill out what you are looking for(they have to be same breed). Once you find the stud you wish request a breeding. The owner of that dog will then choose to accept or not to accept the offer.
