Here is the thing, if they ban an active account, the member keeps getting charged each month even though they are banned. Mine is canceled thank goodness but many people have been banned and still got chared and will contenue to do so until they have access to their accounts to cancel, and they won't ever get that chance. It's a scam.
Between the four of us, they lost 12 clubfoo+ accounts. I imagine there are tons of members caught in the crossfire that did nothing wrong. I'm fighting hard for my account and may members are fighting for me too, but they aren't listening. Sadly, a lot of the honest members have given up and are just quitting. They aren't just losing the banned members, they are losing others who know they banned innocent people as well.
Ugh... Foopets banned me today. Apparently this girl I sold a pet to had used a glitch to get the money she paid me with. I'm fighting with them now to get my account back. I feel terrible, I bought a pet with the money that I got from the girl and all three of us got banned. Me and the girl I bought from are innocent. I imagine a lot of people got wrongly banned today. Zoe-Grace-, Tuxxeh, Kimminess, they all got banned. A lot of the older members did because we have rare pets. We didn't know about the glitch and people offered us tons of FD's for pets and we accepted, not knowing.
I'm sending it back. I don't need to be paid to care for them. ;D
